Welcome to VBlooms School’s website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • The Site is intended for parents/guardians, prospective students, staff, and our community.
  • If you create or are provided an account (e.g., parent/admissions portal), you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Minors (as per the Indian Majority Act, 1875) should use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent/guardian.

3) Admissions & Applications

  • Information regarding programs, timelines, and fees is for general guidance and may change without notice.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or constitute an offer.
  • You agree the information you provide is accurate and up to date; we may request additional verification.

4) Payments, Fees & Refunds (India)

  • Online payments (if enabled) are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes such as GST.
  • We may use third-party payment gateways; their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
  • Fees, due dates, refund/withdrawal policies are governed by the School’s official fee policy. In case of conflict, the official fee policy prevails.
  • Chargebacks/disputes may result in temporary suspension of access until resolved.

5) Campus Visits, Events & Safety

For campus tours or events advertised on the Site, we may require registration and compliance with safety protocols. We may modify or cancel events, or deny entry, to maintain campus safety.

6) Intellectual Property & License

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, and software) are owned by VBlooms School or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, frame, scrape, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7) User Content & Acceptable Use

  • If uploads/submissions are allowed (e.g., forms, comments), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content for Site and school operations.
  • You represent your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate law, and does not contain malware or harmful code.
  • You agree not to impersonate others; not to scrape/bulk-collect data without consent; and not to post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content.

8) Photos, Videos & Media

We may publish school news, photos, or videos to celebrate learning and achievements. Where required, media use is subject to our consent procedures. To request removal of a specific image/video, email support@vblooms.com with the page link and details.

9) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites/services (maps, video players, analytics, payment gateways). We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10) Privacy, DPDP & Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), as may be notified and enforced. We may use cookies/consent banners consistent with applicable guidance.

By submitting forms or creating an account, you may receive service or application- related notifications. You may manage non-essential communications via unsubscribe links where provided.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VBlooms School, its staff, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Site use. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid (if any) to use the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) INR 10,000.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VBlooms School and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law or third-party rights.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (including accounts) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or to protect users and the school community.

17) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction (India)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site.

20) General

  • If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.
